William was a member of the Horse Lake First Nation negotiation team, and sole legal counsel in respect to the One Hundred and Twenty-Five Million Dollar ($125,000,000.00) out-of-court negotiated specific land claim settlement which was reached in 2001. William served as a member of, and legal counsel for, the Horse Lake Investment Management Board for a two year period. Currently, William is the sole legal counsel for the Duncan's First Nation in respect to their specific land claims. William also enjoys a thriving practice in the Corporate, Commercial, Real Estate, and Wills and Estates aspects of law. William has enjoyed almost two decades of participating in various volunteer roles in the lovely community of St. Albert, including serving as a member, and Chairman, of the Board of Directors of the St. Albert Heritage Museum. |
